POS Bush did away with trials altogether. He can just hold you indefinitely with due process or legal representation for what ever reason that fascist seems good enough. Yeah... welcome to Bush's "democracy"... what a freaking joke... Bush hasn't got me looking at anyone anyway. I have had 40 years to watch, including when Muslims killed the man in a wheelchair and tossed him into the Sea. I have watched as they Murdered the Israeli Olympic team, and as they took great pride in killing old women, old men, and children. I understand that this may not be the behaviour of most Muslims, but it is accepted behaviour by most Muslims, and there is no voice in the Muslim community saying this is wrong. Then you say to me that it is all someone elses fault. This "it's Bushes fault or it's Israels fault" is crap. With piles of money coming in to most Muslim countries, they mostly us it for a privileged few and leave many to starve, blaming all their problems on someone else, anybody else. Muslim Countries have taken Billions of dollars in oil profits and shared none of it with their citizens. It is time to stop pandering to useless whining from Muslims and stop supporting corrupt governments, and allow the muslim world to disintegrate into the cesspool they so urgently desire. No Muslim country should get any aid, and every dollar presently going into aid to the Muslim world should be put into developing new methods of conserving, or making synth-oil, so that the flow of gold will be reversed and cash will pour into the US and away from the Middle East.
