that is a big 10-4. Too much leverage on home loans now too. 100% CLTV stated income gets people into situations they cannot afford.

Loggers used to drive around with boxes of blasting material in the pick up bed. They still have to get it to the road building sites but I am sure it is much more scrutinized.
