Hmmm... believe that would take us into academic stuff, where additional quantity of language in comparison expresses very little of additional quality of issue. Will think of it, Mr. SM expert :)

In #2, the line:

"You can sell a stock any day as long as your order is in same day before market closes, and you get the closing price of same day."

would cover the halted stock issue by adding "and that stock closes" as in:

You can sell a stock any day as long as your order is in same day before before market closes and that stock closes, and you get the closing price of same day. If the stock you want to sell is halted, your order for that stock expires with Nothing Done. All orders are Day Orders.

#3- Stocks have to be US listed and trade on either Nasdaq or NYSE, no pinko sheets.

should be changed to:

3- Stocks have to be US listed and trade on either Nasdaq or NYSE or the American Stock Exchange, no pinko sheets.

(you could abbreviate with AMEX but sometimes that means American Express).

The ruling committee of one has already ruled that ION on the AMEX is allowed.
