Rove is the #1 enemy of American Democracy. Thank God he is fading from power now that Bushies have plummeted in the polls and he can't lift them back up, but he was behind the outright theft of two presidential elections in a row, and the worst and most dishonest smear campaigns we have ever seen in US politics, both against bona fide Silver Star winning war heros, only because Bush went AWOL and lied about it.
