Read my posts on soy. Many heart problem people who use it swear by it. Now they know how it works.

Tobacoo causes death. Faster in some than others, but so does everything else that kills have a varying rate dependent on the person's resistance.

Soy and cocoa are two ingredients if combined would have double the effect. Cocoa has the effect of disaggregating platelets, as has been recently discovered. It contains proanthyocyandins and phenols which have that activity. Soy has genistein, a phytoestrogen which they have found out recently has a promotion effect on the chief vasodilator and opponent of angiotensin, Nox.

Add celery and apple juice to that, garlic and cayenne and I will guarantee a decrease in BP. I am not guessing at it. It works. Similar tactics brought my BP down from 155 over 96 to 130/80 in a matter of 3 months, and my HDL from 0.85 to 1.06. (lipids multiply by 38.7 for US system.) The literature is voluminous. Quit smoking and within 3 weeks, your BP will decrease, energy will increase, and platelets will be much healther due to a B12 bioavailability increase.

Lung problems? Add a balanced vitamin E. From aor.ca Total E. and n-acetyl cysteine. l-glutamine will help you quit smoking.

Good health is for the better part a simple matter of adding good nutrition and good exercise and decreasing injurious components.

Louis, I tell my partner that no matter what she does to try to eat right she is already dead because she smokes.

Radical opinion but I believe that if one smokes they may as well just give up completely because nothing will help them.

First stop smoking then add other therapies.
