People have no business around elephants or sharks. If they get within striking distance of these wild animals, it's stupid to hold the animal responsible. These animals aren't roaming our national parks, or knocking over garbage cans, you have to seek them out. To kill an animal because a human sought it out seems a waste of an animals life, to me.

I can understand killing wild bears in areas where the bears live unconfined- if a zoo doesn't want the animal, because what can you do with it? But elephants? That's just ridiculous. Wild ones in Africa that wander in to human settlements can kill people- fine. I suppose that could happen. But other than that? I don't think so.
