Sorry about that.. I had browsed through that interview the other day so I didn't recognize that you had copied it verbatim.. As for Mr. Searcy, he certainly seems to be ignorant of the repercussions of N. Vietnam being permitted to conquer their southern brothers.. It's quite possible that, had the same international effort been made to preserve S. Vietnam's independence, it would have achieved a similar economic status as S. Korea. And it quite likely that the poverty that Mr. Searcy finds all around him in Vietnam would not exist... Certainly not to the degree that it currently does. Hawk
