face it, Dumbya screwed the republican pooch on spending.

Clinton, a democrat and the ONLY democratic president anybody remembers was GREAT with the budget so much so it caused an equity and jobs bubble.

Whining about democratic spending from 30 years ago is totally irrelevant, just as calling BUSH a fiscally responsible president is totally irrelevant.

Bush and this congress are the WORST FISCAL MANAGERs the US has ever had. Ever.

Bush is the biggest deficit spender in history, in fact his deficit spending is more than all prior presidents put together. He is the opposite of a fiscal conservative, therefore he cannot be called a conservative at all.
