I am lucky that I have access to lots of fresh seafood from clean alaskan waters. One of my main meals is called chopino (sic). I take a maranara sauce (Italian red sauce) add one can of stewed tomatoes.

I usually make enough for a couple of days. I add red wine and olive oil. A white fish, halibit or cod, and prawns, are the main ingrediant and add sea scallops, crab, clams, salmon, and anything other sea food that looks good.

Let it simmer for a bit and eat with french bread and red wine. Or put it on a pasta. I leave a few of the prawn shells on as they add to the flavor.

Easy to make and better the second day.

Very healthy and tough to beat for taste.
