No one in the world "knows" everything, but that wasn't your question... you asked how do I know the government is not doing something else... my point is that such a question is based on a paranoid thought conjured up in your head and not in mine... to you, it may seem like a real question, but to me it's not... for example, I can ask you, how do you know how many angels you can fit onto the head of a pin? This is also an absurd question, unless you presume there are angels in the first place, the question itself makes no sense... therefore, for your question to become sensible, one would first have to be paranoid and presume the government is doing something else behind your back... since I'm not paranoid, I don't make such presumptions in the first place, so your question cannot be answered, there can be no answer to a question that makes no sense...
