True.

I think it is wishful thinking to expect the oil majors to put that kind of money into the GOM after the damage inflicted by recent storms. Many of them have decided to spend their cash flow elsewhere.

I don't think its wishful thinking. There are a limited number of "elsewheres" that are open for investment.
