you are confused ... Creed said that LFWK did that ... SLJB is now under Steve Sulja and Ammerman is out of the picture ...

You are confusing the old LFWK with the new SLJB and you are confusing what you read and extrapolating meanings from Creeds post that are not there!

Hello ...re-read it again!

HERE IS THE POST IN IT's ENTIRETY
LFWK/SLJB has been under constant attack for some time.

Well...rightly so for LFWK. Management/IR was issuing shares at will. The share price was falling because shares were being issued....that simple. They were singing the short position song ago when we could not check the TA to find out the truth.

Does that mean that SLJB is not legit, or that if it is a scam that it won't still run to the moon, or that it doesn't really have short problem now? Nope. We know it still can run hard whatever be the case. And perhaps there has been a changing of the guard, and new management will be more honest than the last...since they seem to have completely removed themselves from the equation.

How did you come away from reading this stating that Creed is saying the SLJB is currently diluting???????

Ted :)

I don't think it was quite as simple as previously posted. There was a power struggle. It looks like Dennis lost. His shares were grabbed. An entity was built with the extra shares which seems to be creating signficant value for shareholders, at least according to their PR's.

I don't see that as a bad thing.

The increase in share price, with several periodic runs, from as low as .002's, where many of us posted about it on LFWK, clearly doesn't show it as being a bad thing.

In fact, for those who comment on the basholes, each very large move has been preceded by an influx of MGB=Moronic Generic Bashers that try to spew FUD=fear, Uncertainty and Doubt on the various message boards and wormie blogs, enough so that those bashers are now stuck with their bloody stools, depression amidst a lonely onanistic monologue in the safety of their bathroom blog stalls.

Survivor,

what I have learned to do in order to get a handle on the history of a stock is start at post #1 on SI, and IHUB and read them all. That way you can experience day by day what the actual investors were going through in any given stock. For the LFWK experince, IHUB is second to none. Start from the beginning, and you will see the whole story unfold....including some excellent posts from rrufff.

Anyway, I have absolutely no idea if the new management is diluting or not. Jm just made some excellent points that shares are being bought up almost as fast as they are being sold. It would take a whole lot of $$ to give such good support, but then again, the thread does have about 500 boardmarks and averages about 1000+ posts per day, so I guess that could still be an option. No one knows for sure. When we do know the price will be either so low, or so high that it will be too late. I'm sticking with it, and thinking about adding some more tomorrow. Best of luck, and remember that when it comes to Matt, or anyone else......
