Just wrapped up (for now) a few hours of this particular conversation on iHub, so maybe I'll be more clear and concise here. I practiced on iHub so I'd be ready for "production" here. I see no reason for there to be any sadness. Someone else now owns the companies, but we still run them. It's still the same motley crew, just better-armed now. I, for example, and contracted for 3 years. You're not getting rid of any of us anytime soon. And to say that our counterparts across the pond are just like us but with different accents is no exaggeration at all. They're bigger than we are, but to a man/woman, they are passionate, hard-working mules who absolutely love what they're doing for a living and are always strongly focused on becoming the best at what they/we do. To use the analogy I used on iHub, I've been using substandard tools to do the job I've been doing, and they just wheeled in a big box full of Snap-On tools. Speaking of hard-working, I see that Clem and their Technology Chief are still online, despite it being nearly 9 PM out there. Like us, they're workaholics who feel fortunate that what they love to do, they can make a living doing.
