Visibility into LSE companies isn't what it is for US companies. Annual reports rather than quarterlies, for example. In other words, I dunno. As for hard work reaping dividends, I see this as only the next step, and a very nice next step, at that. I finally have access to much-needed resources (near the top of that list is the new programmer who will be starting soon) and more competent (and willing) people taking over aspects of my job from which I've seriously needed relief. Like ad sales, and my involvement in bookkeeping. I'll be spread much less thinly and can focus on what I know best. Message boards.
