I like torture of graffiti "artists". Singapore is fairly clean , with negligible broken bottles. They thrashed that young American punk. Yeah.. I remember that.. I think that's a bit harsh, but that's their law and the guy knew the consequences of getting caught committing such an act. No using caning against someone who holds key information about a terrorist network or plot.. Not preferable, but if it works, then so be it. And it's not something I'd take any kind of pride in. Because my primary concern is about preserving the lives of innocent people who are the targets of these terrorist networks. Hawk
