Geoff...it's pretty common knowledge that the Bush administration has done nothing but bad mouth the UN until they want them to go along on something. It's no great secret that the UN is nothing but a "paper tiger" with no real power or authority.

Geoff...you say that the reason we've still got a problem with N. Korea is because of "Clinton's ineffective diplomacy".
I think that N. Korea was believed to have a couple of nukes when Clinton came into office and they were still believed to have a couple of nukes when he left office. Can you tell how YOU would have handled things differently than Clinton did??

What would your EFFECTIVE diplomacy have consisted of?
