That is interesting. Is there a reason for that?

Pencey stocks apparently don't carry the stigma of penny stocks in the States.

Better enforcement, less promotion, some combination??

Well now,(kicking tumble weed out of the way as I enter the land of SI). Remembering when SI was "the" hot stock message boards, wondering what is the new business model/plan to return SI to its past glory?

Want some suggestions?
