New buys PETS and VIA - bought back into VIA as it hit my price target.

After reading Greenblatts "The little book that beats the market" I tried his magicformula website screen and found PETS a small cap pet med retailer. Company seems mispriced with no major issues I am aware of.

I like Greenblatts book and believe his screen should work, maybe with some minor tweaks. I have never looked much at ROA, since i thought that effective use of capital is included in the estimated growth rates. However i buy into Greenblatts logic that some stocks with temporary issues may be overlooked when looking at other screens using growth rates.
