Hawk, I think the "nuke on a ship" and "nuke on an airplane" had already sailed when we didn't pour the BILLIONS into Russia and other former Soviet countries when we had a chance to lock down all the loose nuclear material that existed there.

If we see a nuke coming in either of those scenarios it will almost 100% be coming from the former USSR.
