Don't forget the Mormons or the Christian Scientists. I think the CS's are still the wealthiest religion per capita. The Germans and the Japanese, for the size of their populations also have outsized power at least in cars. The power of the Pope doesn't rely on a single person, it's a bureaucratic organization and a small country. Still, lots of Catholics ignore the Pope and maybe show up on Easter and Christmas. For all the preaching about contraception, abortion, adultery, stealing, taking the Lord's name in vain and whatnot, there's a whole lotta ignoring going on. Heck, the Pope can't even keep his own priests in line. Jews = entire Jewish population. I think we started off talking about Israelis. Osama Bin Laden and AQ = OBL and AQ. Muslims do not consider themselves all AQ and AQ certainly doesn't considering all Muslims AQ. Therefore, OBL and AQ comprise maybe 20,000.
