What do you know about this company...saw a post about it so took a quick look....their past history seems very scary....I assume you have DD'd this company....what is different about these guys now, versus in the past? Different biz model obviously, but how do we know the very scary past history wont rear it's ugly head again now that it is fdsm? Also, I notice the PR concerning their DESIRE to move to NAZ...does this not sound a bit 'fluffy', coming on the heels of their announced share buyback up to $3, whgich also sounded a bit fluffy....stock is at .35 and they announce they will buy back shares up to $3.00 Again, sounds fluffy to me....why even mention $3.00? If they are buying back their own shares, they will do so at current levels, NOT at $3, that is simple common sense...did they throw in the $3 just to make it 'sound' good? Seriously....stock is .35 and they announce they will start buying back shares...and mention they are authorized to buy up to $3......that just sounds very fluffy...and then followed by another fluffy PR....saying they 'desire' to move to amex......wouldnt it make more sense to at least get off the oinks and onto the OTC before talking about amex? Not bashing mind you...I always get curious when companies announce share buybacks so I took a quick look at this......how legit are these people? Again, past history looks very scary and these last 2 pr's seem a bit 'fluffy' to me....opinions? Looking at the charts, it looks like it has room to run to the upside....I just dont know much about these guys, except a very ugly past history...and 'fluff' pr's arent a turn on for me<g> lastly, with news they were buying back shares up to $3.00 pps and now news saying they are hopefully moving to amex...why arent more people buying, if we are looking at a .43 stock ( last price when I looked) that is going to amex and close to $3.00 or so? if legit, from .43 up to $1 is a nice % gainer, let alone a move to amex and $3, which if happens should push her higher then $3. When I see 'good news' such as this, but dont see buyers, I always get a bit leary and have to ask 'why no buyers'........TIA and best of luck....hope the gap fills the upward channel as that would be a nice rise...I have no position...just looked at her for first time and dont know enough about her yet to see if I want to mess with it or not...
