I do not recall ever accusing Clinton of being a thief. He is a perjurer, and that disqualified him form his office. There is credible evidence that he is a felon (AWOL), and that definitely disqualifies him from office.

His failure to deal with Bin Laden is merely part of the tapestry of lousy foreign policy from Clinton. He is faced with mounting evidence of the treat from Al Qaeda and he refused to act when the opportunity struck.

Remind me what his big foreign policy successes were:
Giving NK free food to help them weather a crisis that could have resulted in revolution.
Giving NK the nuclear plant to help them produce nuclear warheads.
Ignoring the rising threat from Al Qaeda.
Blowing up a Sudanese aspirin factory to distract people from his mounting domestic failures and ethical lapses.
Using million dollar cruise missiles to blow up a camel and claim he was trying to get Bin Laden after the affair with "That Girl" blew up and he was caught lying under oath.
Depleting the stockpile of cruise missiles by firing them but never replacing them.
Surgical strikes on Kosovo and Surbia including bombing the Chinese embassy.
Taking illegal campaign contributions from Chinese nationals including the military.
Giving the Chinese US missile launch technology.
Shall we continue?
