Exactly... and it's those costs that need to get busted out of the system. Y

You seem to be more familiar with the administrative issues involved than I. So, is there a bottom line we can look at to say one system is more efficient than others? In other words, where to we go to start comparing apples to apples?

Blue Cross/Blue Shield organizations have to deal with the billing and all the other costs that Medicare does not.
