If Bush is actually such a decisive leader, then why can't he just simply accept responsibility for what happened on 9/11/01? Or at least his conservative followers could practice what they preach regarding personal responsibility and place responsibility for 9/11/01 where it belongs, and move on. No need to blame Clinton for something that happened 8 months after he left office.
