Good Job NC! I have a hardcopy of that chart I found in the 8.27.06 NYTimes (Ideas & Trends page.) It speaks volumes. Hanging it on my bb in my office. Right next to my 25 year chart of the Nikkei and the Nasdaq. The N&N are almost identical in pattern except out of phase by 10 years. Greeenspan & the Fed must have obviously used the Japs financial playbook. Which means this country's housing market will end in the same dismal way:( ...you know what they say about history repeating itself... The Masses are Asses. Thanks for the .gif(t) <gg> Tim
