If we have a nuclear exchange with the Soviet Union, the country for which our policy was fashioned, the perpetrators of the crime will indeed be put to death-- we all will be put to death. The cockroaches can decide who to put on trial -- posthumously. Now back to your absurdities -- we have soldiers on trial for murder. They can receive the death penalty for their crime. They should follow your logic and use the "nuclear" defense -- that should be good for a laugh until they are hung by their necks for murder.
