Request for Rulemaking Regarding Member Records of "Short" Positions and Reporting and Public Dissemination of Aggregate Positions by Security. I am STRONGLY in favor of new regulation that actually ENFORCES the regulations against naked short selling, and also believe that grandfathering of ANY positions is criminal in and of itself. -- Kent Blessing
