The 90s were the "calm before the storm" of MidEast terrorism. While Clinton slept, OBL was training his Muslim lunatics, bombing American embassies & killing US sailors on the USS Cole.

Sandy Berger stuffed classified documents in his pants and walked past security guards, so how can you claim there was no corruption during the Clinton Adm? That's ridiculous.
Worst scandal by far was when China received US technological secrets in exchange for donations to Clinton's re-election campaign.
