It will start in Europe. The way this is going it will reach a point when the state will take possession of the productive assets to distribute to the populace. It will be socialism in new guise.

As you know Socialism is good at distribute scarcity. Capitalism is good at distribute the plenty.

As Europe economies shrink they will have to provide for older population. It won't be possible to squeeze the rest of the world to keep their living standards. By 2030 there will be renationalization and restatization com gusto.
