I would be very surprised if anyone outside the circle of the Bush faithful regards this as a huge victory. A panting columnist from National Review isn't exactly a nonpartisan benchmark, LOL. He makes Molly Ivins look like a wallflower. As for Rumsfeld, I am surprised the Republicans in the Senate don't want a vote on Rumsfeld they can use against the Dems later. Sad fact is, some of their own ranks would feel obliged to vote to censure Rummy and embarrass Bush, which they need to duck and cover to avoid.
