<What do we do now?> We respond to the threat. We do not however have the right to kill civilians merely for the pleasure of seeing them die. When our civilians are killed by anybody who targets those civilians it is a war crime. One war crime does not excuse another war crime. The Jews would not have the right to kidnap German children and shove them naked into gas chambers in Tel Aviv -- despite the fact that the Germans had done exactly this terrible thing to them.
