Well, the MSM controls the message. It's not just about lies, distortions, calumny, perfidy & journalistic fraud. Quite often it's what they don't tell you that allows them to frame a story to suit their purposes. In this case the story being framed by the MSM is that Iraq is one screwed up pile of chit. The reason is the "incompetent" Bush cabal & an Eeeevil military. If they actually reported newsworthy things like that, their manufactured story line would fall to pieces. And since they control the message, most Americans will never know, will they?
