Retaliation against civilians that is not designed for purposes of self-defense is most certainly a vile war crime.

So now you're reneging on your previous position about nuclear retaliation?

Are you going to tell everyone that we just have to take those nuclear warheads up the @ss and not retaliate in a massive manner?

There's no difference between a war crime committed with nuclear weapons and one committed with conventional ordnance.
