If you know anything about scaling you can verify the visible height.

I know quite a bit about digital photography, and I can make any particular picture, or a series in a video, show pretty much what I want it to show.

There are plenty of clear videos of the towers. They don't show "free fall" speed. They show that the buildings fell but no faster than would be expected from a gravity collapse with a moderate amount of resistance.
