I'm saying it had never been done.

It's a silly way to bring down a building and as you can tell it causes a lot of debris to be flung to the sides as the rubble smashes through floors.

- Oh, and if you look up the demolition industry term "pulling" a building, it does not refer to taking it down (which is called "shooting"), but to the act of fixing steel cables to the structure to better guide the direction in which it falls.
