That's a very realistic view of what happens. I get about 20 PM's a night with every imaginable theory possible of scammology. They are all pretty much the equivalent of what generic bashers post on blogs. But you are right that this is not unexpected.

Throw a name out there - Mother Theresa RIP, and I'm sure you can find something in her internet rap sheet that might look like manipulation.

Put lumber numbers in a PR and some wormie NASD violator will say that it's not lumber, it's plastic foam painted to look like lumber. And he'll have a picture from google maps that shows it.

As I often preach to CEO's, it's not the fluffy PR's that help the stock price, it's control over the capital structure. We, in retail investing, are willing to take risks. But not if management is diluting and dumping as the guys you mention in VWKM did.

The key to share price IMO is reaffirmation, which apparently this Petar V did, that there would be no dilution and that he is going forward with audited numbers, Form 10 and OTC BB, and that he specifically disavowed any connection with I suspect shortie backed fax and email spam.

All my opinion only. do your own DD on these very speculative pink pennies.
