Kind of difficult to believe that a company like Nokia buys memory cards (=kind of commodity) from a single source. I bet somebody else will get a deal, too. Will the second source be SanDisk, I admit I don't know. Depends on how competitive SanDisk really is (I tend to believe that it is competitive enough). What I know is that Nokia has felt SanDisk to be some kind of an enemy, but I have seen signs that that attitude has been softening. I mean, a deal from Nokia would be a big win for SanDisk.

Price stabilization & strong demand in Q3

- More end-products adopting higher density of NAND
· MP3P: New models with more embedded NAND (4GB~8GB)
· Flash Card: High Density(>1GB) portion is increasing
· Handset: Introduction of 4GB embedded NAND music phones

- Channel inventory adjustment completed since mid August
· Demand recovery for major flash card makers

NAND : Q3 trend & 2H outlook
NAND: Seasonal pick up, turn into shortage in 2H
- High density MP3P and Flash Card demand increase
- SEC’s the portion of 60nm and MLC is increasing
· MLC portion 35%/Q3 60%/Q4

· 8Gb is creating additional demand by penetrating into new products

Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4
60nm 2% 25% 50% 75%
