Without the rule of law, America does not exist. Since you believe that American committed war crimes by bombing the hell out of Japan and Germany during WWII.. And since the US government regularly wire-tapped, and interned American citizens of foreign descent during that war.... Does that mean that "America didn't exist" then?? Or is that just YOUR view of America.. But what do you do when the majority of Americans demand that our government take retaliatory action against an enemy for deliberately targeting our civilian population.. How do you look them in the eye and tell them that it would be a "war crime" for us to do the same thing the enemy is doing to us?? Hawk
