Substantiate? That's my primary business! Very simple. Did PC, cars, photo cameras, light bulbs had a CCITT, Bell Labs, ITU arbitrarily dictating what and how they should build. The most backward technology is the one ruled from above. If other industries had progressed following the same rules guided by a bunch of bureaucrats and engineers paid by monopolistic profits, the world would had been in a very bad shape. (COINCIDENCE!!!! MY WIFE IS ON THE PHONE ON THE OTHER ROOM WITH ONE OPERATOR TRYING TO PERSUADE HER TO CHANGE HER GSM OPERATOR!!!!)
