The criticisms of the Dems lack of ideas is not a criticism that no one who is a Democrat ever had a good idea. The criticism is that the PARTY lacks ideas, or at least, has yet to articulate its position with any degree of clarity or vision.

That's not criticism; it's simply campaign rhetoric. And the article does two things: makes it clear just how false that rhetoric is and gives the reader some conception of the economic ideas being discussed within and around the Dem party.

The past two weeks I have heard so much right wing buzz from BUSH,Rush and other pundits on the radio such as Beck and others that I am almost convinced that I am wrong.. Bush is wonderful and it's on the Republicans who can protect this Country....and so on. I am waiting for the Democrats to come back with something other than criticisms myself as well as new approaches to the political game...for that is all it is.
