Q2/Q3... yep, that's the reference. Timing may be slightly different, but Q3 falls in both "mid 2007" and "H2" or "late" 2007. Maybe AMD even pulled it in to Q2. The point is, multiple QC families, first one based on the "K8" (rev G) not the enhanced IPC/FP core.

This is very close to what Charlie is saying, only the timing of the first K8-based QC being different.

I'll try to dig up the HKEPC roadmap/article, too.

The article you link to reinforces my earlier post that people are getting confused between the 2007 K8L core, and the 2008 4xHTT3 platform.
