Pine point was a large pb-zn mine in the territories on the south shore of Great Slave Lake . It ran for many years. I was marginally economic because of the shipping distance of concentrates, and the low price for zinc through much of its life. It's discovery and development was written of by Ted Nagle, (the prospector who was influential in its discovery) in a book titled "Prospector North of Sixty". tomfolio.com
