Being so close to the loop and considering the volume of cement required, it would be easy to become a supplier to a supplier at a slightly reduced margin if another entity picked up the main contract. As noted, we have not heard the final outcome on this - and nothing in business is really final until the project or process is 100% complete. Then come the remodels, rehabs, the private Don Trump swimming pools in the 3-story penthouse, etc., etc., etc.

I'm not sure if I saw it mentioned anywhere, but if Dubai is growing like this then the local airport may need to be expanded and/or runways extended as is typical elswhere. Lots of concrete/cement involved in that.
