Thnks EE, Still looking over the 10-KSB. Some number shifts apparent from the unaudited version, but I'm no accounting guy. As far as the company basics... I still believe they are manufacturing and delivering products based on shareholder visits to ProMold in July. I remain optimistic. I do believe we need more detail on the S, G& A expenses in 2004 and 2005, but would bet they were related to legal expenses for court battles. That is just a guess though, so that needs to be asked and answered. Still looking through the numbers. Rick
