I think it was a waste of time, not to have finished the job the first time the US invaded. I think it is a job that wasn't done right the first time, and the problem is more the US and it's citizens still live in a TV world where everybody is rational, rather than a world where hate festers and replaces everything else. Americans don't seem to understand why people hate each other for something that happened 150 years ago. A thing that makes them incredibly special to the world, but terrible at world politics.
