You are mistaken. A HUGE number of Cubans evacuated Cuba over the years. Today, MIAMI/DADE has the greatest concentration of Cubans outside of HAVANA. ie if only the Cubans were counted Miami/Dade would be the second largest in population city in Cuba. jdn
