You are correct. If the USA does not do it, then no one will. I sat here a few nights ago, and listened to Bubba Clinton tell some newshack that Americans need to sacrifice more by paying more taxes to help the world fight poverty. Seems the he cannot figure out that we fight poverty everyday, not only with our taxes, but with a LOT of private donations through our Churches, and also with our monies spent on the military, which is huge. And the only reason it is huge? To combat morons around the world that no one else will.
