10-1 usually does the trick. Lets call a spade a spade--the israelis have to make it painful because the terrorists are relentless. Sometimes in response to terror, you have to do some things you dont like. Blow up a terrorists house and kill some family members might deter the next guy. In any case 10-1 ususally causes the word uncle to be heard.
