I dunno. Not happening to me, except for an ankle sprain a few months ago when I forgot I wasn't 18 and became stupid. But I gutted it out and worked with it, cuz I was always stupid like that. It's a guy thing; ya gotta be able to play in pain.

Rhoze,

<the doctors up here said that as you age,
your ligaments get brittle. well, geeze louise,
i'm only 64. it is a prelude to total body
arthritis or something.

I don't think that way at all. (61 next Tuesday). We have to do more stretching at our age....yoga does the trick if you try and do some every day plus lifting weights a couple of days a week. I'm playing competitive golf and know it works. The younger guys ligaments are like q-tips...I know that...I just have to do a little more and a few different things like yoga. I do notice it takes me longer to recovery than the younger guys.

So hang in there....we just have to work a little harder. You are in great shape....no reason you can't stay that way for a long while. I remember when Polvy and I saw you naked in Seattle by mistake....we were both very impressed!
