Having killed that State Trooper, I would imagine that the POS will doing really hard time in the toughest joint they can bury him in - until they can stick a needle in the arsehole's arm and turn his lights out permanently.

This is one of those situations where "..death by SWAT cop.." would have saved the taxpayers a whole lot of money vs. the ACLU Commies & bleeding heart Liberal's whine and appeal wacko-Manson-preserving routine.
